Q: Will this promotion apply to my subscription order if it is set to process during this promotion?
A: Yes, you will earn 3x beauty reward points on any subscription set to process in the month of December. This also applies to new subscriptions purchased in December.
Q: What if I don't have a Beauty Reward Account?
A: Everyone who has purchased is automatically enrolled in our Beauty Reward Program. In order to redeem points for discounts on orders please create an account on the Beauty Rewards Page and start redeeming! Offers>Join Beauty Rewards
Q: Can this be applied on previous orders?
A: No, this offer is only valid on orders placed 12/1-12/31.
Q: What does double points mean?
A: Instead of earning 5 points per dollar spent, all customers will earn 10 points per dollar spent regardless of tier status. Ex: an order of $100 USD post applicable discounts/taxes, will earn 1,000 points. 500 points equals $5 off, so this order would earn $10 off your next purchase!
Q: What does triple points mean?
A: Instead of earning 5 points per dollar spent, subscribers will earn 15 points per dollar spent regardless of tier status. Ex: an order of $100 USD post applicable discounts/taxes, will earn 1,500 points. 500 points equals $5 off, so this order would earn $15 off your next purchase!
Q: What if I am a subscriber and my subscription is not set to process in December?
A: If you want to earn 3x Beauty Rewards points your subscription would need to process in December. You can adjust your processing date if it does not already process this month to take advantage of this promotion. Or you can shop site wide and earn 2x beauty rewards points on non-subscriptions 12/1-12/31.
