Processing and delivery days fall on business days ( Monday - Friday ). Standard Federal/Public Holidays are not included in business day calculations. Orders normally ship within 2 business days after placement.

*Expedited Shipping is available in the continental US, but is not currently available in Puerto Rico.
*While we ship to APO/FPO addresses for the same flat rate, we are unable to control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to deliver.
- We make every effort to process your order within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) from your order date. Extended processing times may occur during new product launches and the holiday season.
- To track your order’s processing and shipped status, check the orders tab in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 days before tracking updates.
Absolutely. We can offer the same flat rate shipping but it may take a little longer to get there. Please allow 4-9 business days for shipments to Puerto Rico and US Territories. We currently do not offer expedited service to these locations.
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred ship method.
