We very much appreciate your continued support and loyalty to Ever, and while we love rewarding our VIPs, we must inform you of an upcoming change that will affect our free shipping policy.
Over the past few months we've noticed a significant increase in shipping and fulfillment costs. In an effort to maintain the quality of our products and services, we find it necessary to make a slight adjustment to the free shipping threshold.
Starting 2/1/24, in order to receive free domestic shipping, a VIP (to clarify, rewards program tier VIP) must spend $85 USD after all discounts are applied. We understand that this adjustment may impact your purchasing experience, and want to assure you that we have carefully considered this decision. Despite this change, we remain committed to providing you with exceptional products and services. We'd also like to point out that our free shipping threshold for all other customers will stay at $100 USD.
